Asbestos Re-inspections
A survey is a snapshot. Asbestos materials change - they get knocked, weathered, drilled and worn. Regular re-inspections keep your register accurate and prove, on paper, that your duty is being met.
An ongoing duty
Compliance is not a one-off event.
The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 require duty holders to keep their information on asbestos up to date. A register that reflects last year's condition - not today's - no longer protects the people in your building, or you.
Re-inspections are how the register stays alive. We revisit every known material on an agreed schedule, re-assess its condition, update the records, and flag anything that has deteriorated or been disturbed since the last visit.
What a re-inspection covers
Eyes on every known material - on schedule.
Condition re-assessment
Each material is re-examined and re-scored so changes since the last visit are caught early.
Damage & disturbance checks
We identify materials that have been knocked, worked on, or are starting to deteriorate.
Register updates
Your asbestos register is updated to reflect the current, real-world position.
Action flags
Clear recommendations where something needs sealing, removing or closer monitoring.
Set it and forget the worry
We'll keep you on schedule.
Once we know your portfolio, we set a re-inspection schedule that suits each building's risk and use - then remind you when each is due, so a deadline never slips. You get continuous compliance without having to chase it.
Already have a register from another provider? We can pick it up, validate it, and bring your re-inspection programme up to date.
Let's get your asbestos duty under control.
Tell us about your building or portfolio and we'll scope the right survey - and the plan to keep you compliant after it.
