Asbestos Management
Finding asbestos is only half the job. The law requires a documented plan to manage it - and someone to make sure that plan is followed. We write the plan, and we help you run it.
A legal requirement
Every duty holder needs a written management plan.
Regulation 4 of the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 doesn't just ask you to find asbestos - it requires you to prepare and put in place a plan to manage the risk, keep it up to date, and make sure the people who could disturb asbestos know where it is.
A good plan turns your register into action: who is responsible, what the controls are, how people request information, and what happens if asbestos is found or damaged. We write yours to be read and used - not to gather dust.
What's in the plan
Everything needed to manage asbestos with confidence.
Roles & responsibilities
A named duty holder and a clear chain of responsibility, so nothing falls through the cracks.
The register & risk picture
Your located materials, their condition and priority, in one accessible place.
Control measures
How each material is to be managed - labelled, monitored, sealed or removed.
Procedures
How contractors get the information they need before they start work on site.
Emergency response
What to do if asbestos is disturbed, damaged or discovered unexpectedly.
Review schedule
When the plan and register are reviewed, and how re-inspections feed back in.
Consultancy & support
A partner, not just a document.
Beyond writing the plan, we act as your asbestos consultant: a point of contact for questions, support during refurbishment or sale, advice on contractor information, and a steady hand if something is found. You hold the duty - we make it manageable.
Let's get your asbestos duty under control.
Tell us about your building or portfolio and we'll scope the right survey - and the plan to keep you compliant after it.
